These Terms of Service are subject to Get Connected’s Policy.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use, WorksLocal’s Get Connected Platform (unless you do so as a visitor) and you agree to update such information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that Get connected / WorksLocal may store and use any information you provide for use in maintaining and administering your user account.

By using the Get connected Platform, you agree that we may collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In addition, you agree any personal information we collect may be transferred to get connected or WorksLocal’s related body corporate or to any Merchants or Channel Partners.

Jurisdiction and agreement

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between WorksLocal, Get Connected and you in relation to the use of the Get connected Platform and supersede all other (prior or contemporaneous) communications or displays whether electronic, oral or written, between us and you in relation to the Get Connected Platform.

Your use of the Get Connected Platform is conducted electronically, and you agree that we may communicate with you electronically for all aspects of your use, including sending you electronic notices. The provisions of these terms and conditions which by their nature survive termination or expiry of these terms and conditions will survive cancellation of your registration or termination or expiry of these terms and conditions.

If any parts of these Terms of Service are held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable section is to be given effect to the greatest extent possible and the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
